1. Presentation workshop:

‧ Plan and develop complete, formalized product presentations.
‧ Structure presentations to gain maximum effect.

2. Performance coaching:
‧ The content of your presentation is already fixed and you have an
   idea what to present. But you want to find out how your
   presentation works under real conditions, you want to have the best
   possible structure of your presentation and get tips for a better
   performance.
‧ In a test run you present and we give you feedback in terms of logic
   and consistency of your presentation. You gain safety and self-
   confidence and you will practice how to control, direct and navigate
   through the discussion and the question and answer session that
   follows the presentation.

In Practice: The middle and top management of a subsidiary of a German company wants to improve their presentation skills in general and in particular train for two important meetings with their counterparts at the headquarters. ecc designed a workshop with a very short theoretical intro and extensive performance coaching and feedback. The results were persuasive presentations in Germany.
